Dr. Elizabeth Alexander

Greenville Veterinarian
Dr. Alexander spent her childhood in the Midwest where she discovered at a young age her passion for caring for animals. In order to pursue her dreams, she first attended the University of Michigan, in Ann Arbor, where she earned her Bachelors of Science. She then continued her education and graduated from Louisiana State University’s School of Veterinary Medicine, in Baton Rouge.

After graduating, Dr. Alexander moved to the Tampa Bay area in Florida, where she worked in both general practice and in an emergency center. In 2013, Dr. Alexander was thrilled to become the owner of Ambassador Animal Hospital. She is excited to be building lifelong relationships with her Greenville clients, and caring for their furry family members.

In her spare time, Dr. Alexander enjoys music, hiking, and spending time with her family. She and her husband, Mike, have three children (Addison, Jonah, and Samuel), 3 cats, and their dog, Bolt. Dr. Alexander feels truly blessed to be able to wake up every day and enjoy her profession. She loves caring for companion animals, and loves even more being able to send home happy and healthy pets.

Dr. Emily Alfieris

Greenville Veterinarian
Dr. Alfieris joined our Greenville Veterinarian team in 2016. She was born and raised in Rock Hill, SC where she knew she wanted to become a veterinarian from a very young age. She even wrote an autobiography in the fifth grade with an entire chapter dedicated to her future goals as a “pet vet.” Dr. Alfieris went on to attend undergraduate school at Clemson University and veterinary school at the University of Georgia. She is recently married to her husband, John, whom she met while at Clemson. Together they have one fur-baby, a German Shorthaired Pointer named Riggs, whom they love to take on walks! Dr. Alfieris also loves cheering on her Clemson Tigers in college football, relaxing on the beach, and spending time with her wonderful family. She is thrilled to join the Ambassador team, and is committed to treating every pet with high-quality care and love.

Jan Fiffer

Office Manager
Jan was born and raised in sunny southern California and made her way to Greenville 11 years ago. Jan has always loved and cared for animals. Her passion for animals led her to a career as a veterinary technician 18 years ago. Jan and her husband have 2 adorable cocker spaniels, Ecko and Repeat aka Pete. Jan spends her time off enjoying her 2 grandchildren. She also enjoys camping, painting, and gardening.

Kayla Bridges

Pet Nurse (Vet Technician)
Kayla is a true southern girl who grew up in Spartanburg, SC. She originally went to school for phlebotomy, but decided she wanted to work with animals after she got a job at Ambassador Animal Hospital assisting with X-rays, prepping for surgeries, and helping with dental cleanings. She loves working with animals, getting to see her sick patients progress from day-to-day, and feeling like she’s making a difference for people and their pets. At home, she stays busy with her husband, and her two young sons, Kannon and Krew and her Dachshund, Cooper. Kayla also enjoys swimming at the pool, going to the gym, and hanging outdoors in beautiful, sunny South Carolina with her friends and family.

Sara Dorsett

Pet Nurse (Vet Technician)
Sara was born and raised in Travelers Rest, SC where she discovered her love for animals, dogs specifically, at a very young age. Sara played collegiate soccer while pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and shortly after graduation her passion to work with dogs led her to Ambassador. In her free time Sara enjoys coaching soccer, working out, and adventuring outdoors with her Australian Shepherd, Koda.

Abigail Watson

Pet Nurse (Vet Technician)
Abigail was born and raised in Greenville, SC where she quickly found a love for animals. She had several different animals growing up from dogs, cats, fish, turtles, and birds. She volunteered at the Greenville Humane Society where she eventually took a job. Here she did an internship and fell deeply in love with the medical side. She eventually found her way to Ambassador animal hospital to further her experience and education!

Amber Adams

Pet Nurse (Vet Technician)
Amber was born and raised in Piedmont SC. Now resides in Greenville with her husband Devin and 3 furbabies: Sadie, Olive and Tulip. Amber was raised in a home with many animals but discovered her true love for them after adopting her first dog Sadie. This passion grew even more after she took a job working at a local doggie daycare. Amber found her way to Ambassador Animal Hospital where her love for animals continues to grow in her new role as a Veterinary Technician. Amber enjoys spending quality time wither family, friends and animals.

Talia Barnes

Pet Nurse (Vet Technician)
Talia grew up in Columbia SC and obtained her Bachelor's Degree in Biology from the University of South Carolina-Upstate. She recently obtained her Masters's in Animal and Veterinary Sciences from Clemson University. She has dreams of becoming a veterinarian and specializing in Pathology. She enjoys seeing her patients get better and cuddling the fluffy ones. In her free time she enjoys reading, cooking, and watching horror movies.

Beth Furr

Head Receptionist
Beth was born and raised in Easley South Carolina. Her father is a veterinarian so she has always been around animals and Learning how to care for them. Beth loves getting to know our clients and their pets, we are happy she found a home at Ambassador. In her spare time, she enjoys gardening, reading, and spending time with family.

Ashton Stephens

Kennel Technician
Ashton was born and raised in Greenville, SC. She grew up riding horses which started her love for animals at a young age. She currently has 3 pets of her own, one dog and two cats. She started her career with dogs at a doggy daycare until she found her way to Ambassador Animal Hospital. She intends on going to school to get her Veterinarian Technicians’s License to help further her career in the animal field. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, going to concerts, and hiking with her dog.

Bolt

Office Dog
Bolt is our two year old greet dog. He is very well mannered, stealer of our lunches, lives with two of his best friends Sammy and Jonah, loves long walks, playing with his doggie friends, and being able to come hang out with his mom at work.
