You’ll find that Ambassador Animal Hospital is a little different from your typical vet clinic—we are a fully-staffed, full-service animal hospital providing everything from annual check-ups and vaccinations to veterinary surgery, emergency vet care, and an in-house diagnostic lab for your dog or cat.

Here you’ll find everything you need to become a new client, and register your dog or cat as a first-time patient, as well as forms for dropping off a returning patient. Print and fill out these forms before your appointment so your visit is even quicker.

Payment Expectations and Options
Payment is due at the time of services. We accept most major payment options (cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express)and are now also accepting Care Credit. We do not accept personal checks. We also work hand in hand with pet insurance companies to get you your reimbursements in a timely manner.
